Please read this page carefully. It explains what DeRxAI is, what it isn't, and who we're — and aren't — connected to.

1. About this site

DeRxAI is currently in early development. This website is for informational purposes and to gather interest from clinicians ahead of launch. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer of any product or service.

No affiliation. DeRxAI is an independent, clinician-led project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Health Canada, the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), any other provincial or federal regulatory body or professional college, any drug manufacturer, or any electronic health record (EHR) or pharmacy software vendor. Any reference to external guidelines, criteria (e.g. Beers Criteria, Clinical Frailty Scale), or third-party tools is for informational context only and does not imply partnership or endorsement in either direction.

2. Not medical advice, not a medical device

DeRxAI is intended as a clinical decision support reference tool for licensed healthcare professionals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment. All outputs must be reviewed and verified by a qualified clinician before being acted upon. DeRxAI does not make autonomous treatment decisions.

3. Intended use

DeRxAI is intended for use by licensed pharmacists, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other qualified healthcare professionals in the course of their clinical practice. It is not intended for patients or caregivers to self-manage medication without professional guidance.

4. Early access & waitlist

Joining the waitlist expresses interest only. It does not guarantee product access, specific features, pricing, or a launch date. The product, roadmap, and these terms may change as DeRxAI is developed.

5. Email & privacy

If you sign up for updates, we will only use your email address to send you information about DeRxAI's progress and launch. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, and the DeRxAI name and logo — belongs to DeRxAI and its founders unless otherwise stated. References to external clinical guidelines or third-party tools are for informational attribution only and do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those organizations.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise this page as the product and applicable legal requirements evolve. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
